Lotta

Ich bin Carlotta, oder kurz einfach „Lotta“ – reiselustig, sportfanatisch, lebensfroh, abenteuersuchend, Genießerin und Realist. Während ich meine Intentionen stets im Kopf habe und meine Füße in die Hand nehme, um diese zielstrebig zu erreichen, vergesse ich keineswegs, auch mal die verwunschenen Pfade rechts und links einzuschlagen, um den ein oder anderen spannenden Umweg zu passieren.

Geboren und aufgewachsen im beschaulichen Göttingen, trieb mich mein Sportstudium in die Business-Metropole Frankfurt. Emsiges Großstadtleben versus südspanische Gelassenheit hieß es sechs Jahre lang für mich, in denen ich zwischen Freund und Studium, Natur und Kultur, Mittelmeer und Main hin und her pendelte. Mein ständiger Begleiter: mein Mountainbike. „Lotta ohne Fahrrad wäre wie Guacamole ohne Avo“, würden meine Freunde wohl behaupten – das gibt es einfach nicht.

Sport ist meine Passion und Reisen ist für mich das kostbarste Gut. Wenn ich dies miteinander verbinde und all die neuen Eindrücke, Erfahrungen und Begegnungen mit meinem Freund teilen kann, dann ist das für mich Glück pur!

I am Carlotta – or just „Lotta“ – a sports maniac, fond of travelling, hunter of adventure, connoisseur and realist. While having my goal in mind constantly, in order to achieve this purposefully, I forget by no means to take the enchanted paths to the left and to the right to go on an exciting detour from time to time.
Born and grown up in the small town of Göttingen, my sports studies brought me into the business metropolis Francfort. During this six-year long period, I switched many times from my busy urban life to the southern equanimity of Spain, and thus between my boyfriend and my studies, extended nature and city life, the Mediterranean Sea and the Main river. My constant companion: my mountainbike. „Lotta without a bike would be like Guacamole without Avo“, my friends would probably claim – that´s just impossible.
Sports are my passion and traveling for me is the most precious asset. If I can connect this to share all the new impressions, experiences and encounters with my friends – well that’s just my greatest luck!

 

Alex

Ich bin Alex – ein waschechter Bua aus dem Schwabenländle. Doch nach mittlerweile 10 Jahren unter der andalusischen Sonne, fließen auch einige Liter temperamentvolles spanisches Blut durch meine Adern.

2007 ausgewandert, der Wärme und lauter leckeren Früchten entgegen, suchten und fanden wir, meine damalige Frau und ich, unser Wohlfühlplätzchen nahe Malaga auf einer Biofinca. Mit im Gepäck: meine zauberhaften Fincapiraten – meine beiden Söhne Mika&Moya. Nach 13 Jahren Gastronomie im kleinen Schmuckstädtchen Schwäbisch Hall und weiteren 10 Jahren Selbstständigkeit als Hotelier eines familiären Biohotels mit vegetarischer Küche weiß ich die Berge und Täler des Lebens mit einer guten Portion Humor und stets einer Prise Improvisationstalent zu durchschreiten.

Als weltoffener, lebenslustiger und reisewütiger Naturliebhaber kribbelt es mir nun in meinen  beachtlich großen Zehenspitzen, mich gemeinsam mit meinem Schatz in ein neues Abenteuer zu wagen; An den schönsten Plätzen im Sonnenuntergang köstliche vegetarische Gerichte aus landestypischen Zutaten kreieren, der Duft frischer Kräuter in der Nase mit Blick in die herrliche Natur – dieser Gedanke lässt mein Herz zu heißen Klängen Salsa tanzen!

I am Alex – an original boy from the Swabian country. But during 10 years in the Andalusian sun, I got kind of infected by the Spanish spirit.
In 2007 I emigrated to the place, where I had found the sunshine and the delicious fruits, I was looking for – my “happy place”, an ecological farm near Malaga. Of course, my fantastic children were always by my side: my two sons Mika & Moya.
Now, after 13 years of working in gastronomy in Schwäbisch Hall and another 10 years of enjoying independence as a hotelier of a familiar hotelbusiness with vegetarian cuisine I know how to manage the bright and the dark sights of life with a good dose of humor and always a pinch of talent to improvise
As a cosmopolitan, fun-loving and enterprising guy and as a nature lover, I can feel a tingling in my remarkably large toe-tips to submerge into a new adventure together with my girlfriend; Watching the sunset in some of the most beautiful places around the world, creating delicious vegetarian dishes out of the country’s typical ingredients, the scent of fresh herbs in the nose with a view over beautiful nature – imaging this makes my heart dance salsa to hot Caribbean sounds!
